Responsible for UX/UI design of websites and web applications according to the needs of each project.
About the role
From analyzing requirements and planning how the product is used, to designing a website that suits its users and the brand image. Collaborate with the developer team and related teams, including coordinating with clients to understand their needs, and deliver designs that meet the goals and deadlines.
What you will do
- Design UX/UI for websites and web applications according to each project's requirements
- Analyze client and user needs to plan the website structure and suitable design approaches
- Create user flows, wireframes, UI designs and prototypes to communicate ideas and usage patterns
- Design websites that work on desktop, tablet and mobile (responsive design)
- Design and manage UI components and the design system to keep design work consistent
- Coordinate with developers to hand over designs and check that the developed website matches the design
- Communicate with clients and related teams to present design approaches and revise work based on feedback
- Plan and track the progress of design work to meet goals and deadlines
- Review and improve UX/UI so the website is easy to use, attractive and meets business needs
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in design, information technology, computer science or a related field, or experience in UX/UI design
- Able to use Figma or other related UX/UI design tools well
- Understanding of UX/UI principles, user flows, wireframes and prototypes
- Understanding of responsive design and designing websites suited to different devices
- Knowledge of UI components and design systems
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS or the website development process will receive special consideration
- Has a portfolio showing UX/UI design work
- Communication and coordination skills with teams and clients
- Able to analyze needs and apply them appropriately in design
- Creative and attentive to detail in design work
- Responsible; able to plan and manage work to finish within the deadline
- Works well in a team, open to feedback, and adapts to the needs of each project
- Eager to keep learning and developing design skills
